Webinar on Best Practices in CEE Litigation
January 2025 | Barbora Šnáblová was invited to speak at a webinar organized under the auspices of the Disputes Section of the Kraków Bar of Attorneys, together with other colleagues from various CEE jurisdictions. The speakers included Iuliana Iacob from Romania, Miklós Boronkay from Hungary, Tadas Varapnickas from Lithuania and Andrzej Olaś and Maciej Durbas from Poland. They discussed the experience with best practices in the respective jurisdictions.
New arbitrator at Dispute Resolution for Riot Games' Esports (EMEA)
November 2024 | Our partner Barbora Šnáblová has been appointed arbitrator for the Dispute Resolution for Riot Games' Esports (EMEA), a newly established independent arbitration court, which aims at addressing and resolving contractual and financial disputes in professional and semi-professional leagues in the LoL Esports and VALORANT Esports ecosystems.

Czech Basketball appoints new arbitrator
May 2017 | The Czech Basketball Federation has appointed Barbora Šnáblová as a new member of the CBF Arbitration Commission, an independent body which resolves disputes between the Federation, its members and bodies, thus acknowledging Barbora's long-term experience in both the arbitration field and basketball.
